About Lindsay

My name is Lindsay Fellows Dworak. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of New Mexico. I have 12 years of experience in providing mental health therapy to New Mexicans. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2011, from New Mexico State University.
My passion is working with women. Women struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, miscarriage, trauma, or life stressors. I specialize in helping women with trauma through EMDR, as well as women with perinatal or postpartum depression and anxiety. While there can be happiness after baby is born, there are also many changes and added stressors that occur: hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, physical pain and healing, possible birth trauma, the list goes on.
I feel passionate about this work as a mom myself. I struggled with postpartum anxiety. I know personally how scary and isolating this can feel. Through CBT and EMDR I was able to work through this, feel better, and move forward. I strive to provide a safe and calm space for my clients to work through the issues they're facing and to help them heal.

About Tammy

Sometimes life's adversities call for a little guidance. It takes a strong person to initiate support to share their innermost thoughts and feelings. I'm proud of people who seek support. I have been providing unconditional caring support to my clients throughout my career. Some people like cowboy boots and others like sneakers. It depends on how they fit, right? I believe this is also true when looking for a counselor...it has to be the right fit!
My name is Tammy Fellows. I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the state of New Mexico. I received my bachelor's degree in education from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM in 1998, and my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern New Mexico University in 2005.
I have over 18 years of experience working as a counselor. I am well versed in the struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, and grief. I specifically want to guide, support, and empower children and women of all ages and stages of life transitions by providing a safe and compassionate space.
My therapeutic style involves helping others to gain insight, strategies, and tools that can begin to be used immediately. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Grief Counseling, and Person-Centered Therapy. I utilize several modalities, as it is important to me to find what fits best with my clients.
